A recognized expert in structural engineering and urban planning, his practice runs from university teaching and the supervision of major projects in Iraq to international infrastructure consultancy. He presides today over Urban Reform Consultant (URC), an engineering firm established in 2006 in the Greater Toronto Area and a member of the Canadian IUCN Committee.
